CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – As the sun rises over Space Launch Complex 41 on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket awaits launch with a National Reconnaissance Office payload. The pad is just across the water from Kennedy Space Center. Liftoff is set for 1:45 p.m. EDT on April 10. A 90 percent chance of favorable weather conditions at launch time is forecast.
